Tropical Storm Nicole brings heavy rain and wind to Tampa Bay
Latecomer Nicole made landfall as a Category 1 hurricane on Florida’s east coast before being downgraded to a tropical storm as it moved inland, bringing heavy winds and rain to the Tampa Bay region, Thursday morning.
