Strawberry Crest will have a handful of athletes sign with colleges next week, the school announced Friday. They are:

Mia Fung (USF softball)

Megan Reed (Florida softball)

Sammy Tyler (Saint Leo softball)

Cacey Simmons (State College of Florida)

Aliyah Gregory (UCF basketball)

Fung was one of the Chargers’ leaders with a .533 average and six home runs last spring.

Gregory, a 5-foot-11 guard, averaged 21.5 pounds, 6.8 rebounds, 5.7 steals and 4.6 assists last season. She was a first-team all-county selection as a junior.

We’re compiling a list of signing day ceremonies next week. Send me your information at mbaker@tampabay.com.
