Wiregrass Ranch standout pitchers Zach and Austin Drury have orally committed to North Florida, Bulls coach Jeff Swymer announced Monday night on Twitter.

Zach Drury, a 6-foot junior, was one of Pasco County’s top talents this spring. He posted a 1.73 ERA with 97 strikeouts in 60.2 innings. He pitched the Bulls to the Class 7A region final with a complete game shutout victory over nationally ranked Steinbrenner.

The right-hander also batted .362 with 22 RBIs and 10 extra-base hits.

Austin Drury, a sophomore, appeared in 14 games for the Bulls. He struck out 43 batters in 37.1 innings and compiled a 3-2 record. He also batted .344 with 14 RBIs.

Oral commitments are non-binding until recruits sign letters of intent during their senior seasons.
