The Terriers didn’t have much to smile about through three games of the season, but cruised Friday. In a battle of winless teams the Terriers rolled 57-3.

Hillsborough had run into Jefferson and Armwood to begin District 6A-8 play but scored just two plays in Friday. Dwayne Lawson hit Xavier Byrd for the first score, Leto’s first possession resulted in a blocked punt taken in for a touchdown by Mike Hampton and the rout was on.

Lawson threw for four scores, three of them going to Jon Hughes.

The Falcons are 0-4. Hillsborough is 1-2 both overall and in district play.
