Hudson's Alex Munson committed to a school in St. Petersburg, he announced on Twitter over the weekend.
"Blessed to say I'm officially committed to The University of Faith, I will be a Glory Eagle this fall," he said.
The 6-foot, 255-pound defensive tackle had 14 solo tackles and three sacks in two varsity seasons with the Cobras. He was a key player on a defense that boosted Hudson to its first playoff appearance since 2009 last fall.
The Glory Eagles compete as an independent in the American Small College Athletic Association. The university offers degrees in ministry and sports ministry.
