Lakewood OL Isaiah Wynn receives Army All-American jersey

Lakewood offensive lineman Isaiah Wynn officially received his U.S. Army All-American Bowl jersey Friday morning in a ceremony at the school's CAT auditorium.

Surrounded by family members, classmates, teammates, school staff and even members of the Lakewood band, Wynn was given his jersey by officials from the All American Bowl.

"It is an honor to wear this jersey and play in this game,'' said Wynn, who has committed to the University of Georgia.

Wynn sat at the front table with Lakewood coach Cory Moore, his father, Otis Keels, sisters Illeana Wynn and Beulah Johnson-Keels and his brother, Aram Wynn.

"I've had Isaiah for four years and he exemplifies everything we're trying to do here at Lakewood,'' Moore said. "He has a tremendous support staff in his family, and especially his brother.''

The Army All-American Bowl will be played Jan. 4 at the Alamo Dome in San Antonio. The game will be shown live on Ch. 8 at 1 p.m.
