The couple is coming out with a new season of their show, plus a two-episode special, “100 Day Dream Home: Beachfront Hotel.” According to a press release, the last season of “100 Day Dream Home” attracted more than 18.1 million viewers.
“In the fresh episodes of ‘100 Day Dream Home,’ Brian and Mika will take their clients on inspiration tours of various properties to select their desired finishes and then design and construct completely personalized homes on a quick turnaround,” the release reads. “This season, they’ll build Craftsman, modern farmhouse and coastal style homes and surprise the owners with special projects perfect for the Florida outdoors such as a backyard kitchen, waterfall feature and tree house.”
The beachfront hotel special finds the Kleinschmidts completing a full overhaul of a 12-room property on Florida’s Gulf Coast in three months.
The real estate power couple met as teenagers at Riverview High School 20 years ago, according to a Tampa Bay Times story from 2020. The story also listed some of the local landmarks the Kleinschmidts featured in their show, from parks and beaches to Parkesdale Farm Market and its famous Strawberry shortcakes.
“The location is its own character,” Brian Kleinschmidt told the Times then. “We are showing lakefront, bay front, and in Plant City we are in the middle of an old pasture. So really showing all the different aspects of Tampa Bay is kind of cool.”
