Bestselling author Madeline Martin will discuss her new historical novel, “The Librarian Spy,” with author Sarah Penner (”The Lost Apothecary”) at 3:30 p.m. Aug. 28 at the Oxford Exchange, 420 W Kennedy Blvd., Tampa.
