On her first major tour in four years, comedian and actor Amy Schumer is making a stop at Tampa’s Hard Rock Event Center at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for two shows on Sept. 8. Tickets are on sale now at seminolehardrocktampa.com.
Schumer is an Emmy-winning comedian, actor, writer, producer and director. In 2015, her Comedy Central sketch comedy show Inside Amy Schumer won the Writers Guild Award for Best Comedy/Variety Sketch series and an Emmy Award for Outstanding Sketch Variety Series.
Among her achievements are the box office hit Trainwreck; Expecting Amy, an HBO Max documentary chronicling her difficult pregnancy; and Amy Schumer Learns to Cook with her husband Chris Fischer, who is an award-winning chef on the Food Network.
She is the only female comic to headline Madison Square Garden. Her new show Life & Beth recently premiered on Hulu. Schumer is co-hosting the 94th Academy Awards with Regina Hall and Wanda Sykes on March 27.
