Funny guys and frequent collaborators Steve Martin and Martin Short are bringing a new comedy tour to Clearwater’s Ruth Eckerd Hall on April 28, 2023. Tickets for “You Won’t Believe What They Look Like Today!” go on sale Sept. 9.

The show also features pianist Jeff Babko and bluegrass band Steep Canyon Rangers, with whom Martin also collaborates as a musician. Guests can expect subversive and self-deprecating humor as Martin and Short roast each other and try to make each other laugh.

Martin and Short met for the first time when they appeared in the 1986 film “Three Amigos.” They began touring together in 2015 with their first live show, “A Very Stupid Conversation.” They star with Selena Gomez in the Hulu series “Only Murders in the Building,” which is the streaming service’s most watched comedy series.

Tickets range from $103.25 to $233.25 and will be available at Ruth Eckerd Hall’s central ticket office by calling 727-791-7400 or visiting rutheckerdhall.com. The ticket office is open Tuesday through Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. and two hours prior to show time. 1111 McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater.
