The Don CeSar: The “pink palace” will serve a Christmas brunch buffet in the King Charles Grand Ballroom featuring carving stations, cold seafood, artisan cheeses, winter harvest-inspired sides and desserts. Available 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Dec. 25. 3400 Gulf Blvd., St. Pete Beach. 844-959-0071.

Carrabba’s Italian Grill: Carrabba’s is offering a festive limited-time holiday menu through Jan. 15. Items include short rib marsala, mezzaluna fritte, rigatoni al forno, cannoli cake and an Italian cookie martini. All locations will be closed Dec. 25. Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach: Enjoy “Christmas Cookies and Cocktails” every Sunday in December. People of all ages can decorate holiday cookies, while adults enjoy cocktails from Offshor ($30, hotel guests free). Stillwaters: An appetizer, three entrees and a dessert have been added to a seasonal menu. Find NOLA barbecued shrimp, a sponge dock Greek salad, roasted butternut salad, chicken Jager schnitzel and coconut tres leche through Jan. 31. BellaBrava: BellaBrava in Tampa and St. Petersburg have also added to a seasonal menu. Find agrodolce wings, talegio fonduta, chicken marsala pasta and a chocolate red wine tart through Jan. 31. The Tampa location will be open 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and the St. Petersburg location will be open 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Dec. 24. Both locations are closed Dec. 25. Latitude 28: Enjoy a three-course dinner including appetizer, entree and dessert ($110 ages 13 and older, $10 to $20 a la carte children’s menu available) from 3-10 p.m. Dec. 24. Miller’s Ale House: All regular Miller’s Ale House locations will be open until 11 p.m. Dec. 24 and closed Dec. 25. The airport Miller’s Ale House location will be open from 12:30-11 p.m. Dec. 25. Holiday menu items include surf and turf ($24.99), strip steak ($28.99), steak and lobster ravioli ($21.99), lobster ravioli ($19.99) and a brownie sundae ($9.99). Bern’s Steakhouse: Bern’s is offering a winter cocktail menu. It includes a gin and tomato juice Girl Dinner, a vodka, coffee liqueur and walnut liqueur I Don’t Mind and a tequila and white grape juice Staff Meal. It’s also stone crab season. 4 Rivers Smokehouse: The restaurant’s bakery kicked into overdrive to create an array of holiday-themed desserts including Christmas Tree (birthday cake), Reindeer (chocolate) and Santa (red velvet) cupcakes, Snowman Bombs, chocolate chip cookies and cake balls. They are also offering deluxe meat gift or party packages. You can get a beef brisket, which serves 16 to 18 ($229), or prime rib, which serves six to 32 ($219-$399 depending on size). 14330 N. Seasons 52 Wine Bar and Grill: You’ll find a variety of “mini indulgences” for party trays or gift giving during the holidays. The Dan: Hotel Flor’s restaurant is offering a limited-time holiday dinner with a twist on traditional dishes. Choices include sausage-stuffed turkey, whole branzino, prime rib, butternut squash Bolognese, oysters on the half-shell and more. Available noon-5 p.m. Dec. 24-25. Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar: Fleming’s is celebrating the holidays with a special menu and a new shellfish tower. The menu features salmon poke wonton, citrus frisee salad, filet mignon and lobster tail and chocolate mousse. The shellfish tower comes in choice of two or three tiers and includes oysters, king crab legs, lobster tails/claws and shrimp. Available through Jan. 4. Hours are noon-10 p.m. Dec. 24. Duffy’s Sports Grill: For the holidays, Duffy’s adds crab-stuffed mushrooms, a crab cake sandwich, crab cakes, a surf and turf burger, surf and turf and twin tails to the menu. Bonefish Grill: Bonefish transitions to a winter menu for the holidays. Apres Sea: This new holiday pop-up bar at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa features a variety of holiday-themed beverages including a sugar cookie martini, gingerbread old-fashioned and mistletoe mimosa, as well as additional cocktail and mocktail selections. Whiskey Cake Kitchen and Bar: Make your holiday meal a bit easier and order a prime rib kit. It feeds up to six and includes prime rib, au jus, horseradish sauce, baby potatoes and mushrooms, white bean ragout, salad and rolls (starting at $195). Blitzen Bar: This pop-up experience offers holiday-themed, food, drinks, shots and nonalcoholic beverages in a winter-inspired atmosphere. Hours are 8 p.m.-3 a.m. Monday-Wednesday and 3 p.m.-3 a.m. Thursday-Sunday. Open through Dec. 31. 249 Central Ave., St. Petersburg.

Maggiano’s Little Italy: Get a carry-out bundle to feed up to six people. It includes Caesar salad, choice of Momma’s Lasagna, fettuccini alfredo or chicken piccata and dessert. Columbia Restaurant: The Columbia in Sand Key and Ybor City will be open regular hours Dec. 25 offering dine-in and takeout specials. In addition to the regular menu, you’ll find lechon asado (marinated pork, $29.95) and glazed ham ($29.95). Mini portions available for children 9 and younger ($8). You can also celebrate with a pitcher of sparkling white wine sangria ($30). Or, take out a curbside family-style meal that serves up to 10 ($195). Cipresso: Seminole Hard Rock Tampa’s Italian-American restaurant will serve Zuppa di Pesce alla Siciliana ($55) for Christmas. Council Oak Steaks and Seafood: The steakhouse will offer a Christmas Eve special from 5 p.m.- midnight Dec. 24 and Christmas Day menu selection from 5-10 p.m. Dec. 25 ($70). It features a braised lamb shank served with smoked Gouda polenta, grilled broccolini, lamb jus and mint pesto.
