Soulful crooner Michael Bolton brings his velvety sound to Clearwater’s Nancy and David Bilheimer Capitol Theatre on Jan. 25, 2022.
Bolton won Grammys for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance for How Am I Supposed to Live Without You in 1989 and for When a Man Loves a Woman in 1991. He has sold more than 65 million albums and singles worldwide.
Bolton is celebrating 50 years of contributions to the entertainment industry with his most recent album, A Symphony of Hits. The album features his favorite greatest hits, which have been rearranged and recorded with a full symphony orchestra. The album hit No. 1 on the Billboard Classical Chart.

A prolific songwriter, Bolton has worked with writers and producers including David Foster and Lady Gaga and has penned lyrics for more than 100 artists, a varied list that includes Kenny Rogers and Kanye West. He’s currently working on a new album of original music with contemporary songwriters, producers and artists.
He’s been named People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive, which he handles with a sense of humor. His comedy special, Michael Bolton’s Big Sexy Valentine Special, aired on Netflix in 2017. Last year, he was working to launch his own original scripted comedic series, Michael Bolton’s Big Sexy Podcast.
In 2011, Bolton went viral with the video for Captain Jack Sparrow, a song he did in collaboration with musical comedy trio the Lonely Island. It launched on Saturday Night Live and has more than 200 million views on YouTube.
Bolton is also a humanitarian and helps at-risk women and children through the Michael Bolton Charities. He has received multiple awards for his humanitarian work, including the Martin Luther King Award granted by the Congress of Racial Equality (C.O.R.E.).
