The indie pop band Walk the Moon, which ruled the airwaves in 2014 with its catchy hit Shut up and Dance, is going to be one of the first big-name acts to perform at Jannus Live since COVID-19 shut down the concert scene.

The song spent a whopping 27 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Rock Songs chart, sold more than 3 million copies and has been streamed almost 500 million times on Spotify alone.

The Cincinnati-born alternative band brings its Dream Plane Tour to downtown St. Petersburg on Sept. 20, with doors opening at 7 p.m. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday starting at $27.50.
