Fresh off a headlining set at Lollapalooza, Tyler, the Creator has announced a North American spring 2022 tour. It makes a stop at Tampa’s Yuengling Center on March 19. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.
Kali Uchis, Vince Staples and Teezo Touchdown will join the California-based rapper on the tour.
His latest album, Call Me If You Get Lost, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. His 2019 album, Igor, won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 200 chart, with eight of the album’s songs also charting on the Billboard Hot 100.
In 2019, he was named Wall Street Journal Magazine’s Innovator of the Year and GQ’s Man of the Year.
Based on his theatrical, costume-hanging performance at Lollapalooza, fans might expect what Billboard described as “part sketch show, part concert.”
Tickets range $35.75-$95.75 and are available at ticketmaster.com.
