Backstreet’s back. NSYNC, too.

Members of both boy bands are headed to the Tampa Theatre to kick off a weekend of ′90s nostalgia this fall.

The Joey Fatone & Friends Welcome to Tampa 90s Party takes place at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15. Fatone, of NSYNC fame, and AJ McLean, of the Backstreet Boys, will host. Other stars will be announced soon, according to a news release from the Ruth Eckerd Hall Experience, which is presenting the event.

The event falls on the first day of 90s Con, a three-day celebration of all things pop culture. Stars of hit sitcoms “Full House” and “Boy Meets World” will attend alongside musicians from bands like TLC. For more on 90s Con, check out our previous coverage.
