Global superstar Bad Bunny will make a long-awaited return to Tampa next year.
The Puerto Rican rapper and singer announced his Most Wanted Tour on Thursday. He’ll play Tampa’s Amalie Arena on Tuesday, May 21.
The North American run will feature six Florida shows, including two stops at Orlando’s Amway Center before the Tampa concert and three after at Miami’s Kaseya Center.
With several days before and after the Tampa show, some have speculated additional local dates could be added at Amalie Arena. Bad Bunny’s new album, released last Friday, even featured a shout-out to Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Randy Arozarena.
Bad Bunny, born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, hasn’t come to Tampa since a 2019 appearance at Amalie Arena. Since then, the Latin trap sensation has shattered streaming records and picked up numerous awards, including three Grammys and four Latin Grammys. His 2020 solo record, “El Último Tour Del Mundo,” was the first all-Spanish album to top the Billboard 200.
