Hernando — PJ
PJ is a 5-year old, male, white and bluemerle male Terrier mix. He’s a friendly dog who needs adult companions. He plays too rough for children. He enjoys spending his time outdoors and would do best in a fenced yard. Shelter volunteers are working on basic commands and leash training. He’s neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. If you’d like to meet him, contact Hernando County Animal Services at 352-796-5062.
Manatee — Lollipop
Lollipop is a 4-year-old, female mixed breed dog. She’s a big, affectionate, and sometimes silly, dog. She loves exercise, but would be best as the only animal in a home with a fenced in yard. She’s spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. For more information, contact the Manatee County Animal Services by e-mailing Haili.Brooks@mymanatee.org.
Pinellas — Luna
Luna is a 1-year-old, female domestic short haired cat. She pictures herself as a mini-black panther strutting around your house. She’s got a big heart full of love and life. She spends her free time trying to make friends with other animals. She’s spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. For more information, go to FriendsofStrays.org.
Pasco — Blake
Blake is a 3-year-old male dog of unknown breed. He is affectionate, likes to give kisses and go for walks. He sits on command, takes treats gently and is a quick learner. Shelter volunteers recommend that he should be the only dog in the house. For more information, call the Pasco County Animal Services at 813-929-1212.
Hillsborough — Curry
Curry is a 5-year-old male mini-Chow Chow mix. He adores affection, cuddles and kids. He suffers from separation anxiety and he doesn’t do well when crated. It is recommended he is adopted by a family that already has another dog to keep him occupied. To meet him, contact the rescue group at MercyFullProjects.org.
