Hernando — Bella
Bella is a 5-year-old red female terrier mix. She was confiscated by the police after she had 12 puppies and her owners couldn’t take care of them. She loves people, but is dog selective. Papa is an 8-year-old male dog of unknown breed. He is very affectionate and loves to give kisses, but can sometimes be over exuberant. He walks well on a leash, sits, shakes and takes treats gently. He would do best as the only pet in the home, or with another submissive dog. He has a few health issues that Pasco County Animal Services staff will discuss before considering adopting him out. Manatee — Luke
Luke is a 9-year-old male Black Mouth Cur and Mastiff mix. This big teddy bear of a dog is quite a lover boy. He walks well on a leash and prefers being petted over playing with toys. He has a very easy going personality. Luke tested positive for heartworms, but is currently undergoing treatment. He will have a clean bill of health before he is ready for adoption. Little Willie is a 4-month-old chestnut colored male mixed breed dog. He prefers to run fast and nap hard. Willie does great with toys, cats, kids and dogs his own size.
