Gangster (Hernando)
Gangster is a black male terrier mix of unknown age. He is a very strong boy with lots of energy. He was confiscated after showing aggression toward farm animals. He is super sweet with people, but must be the only animal in the home. Gangster needs plenty of playtime and exercise. For more information, call Hernando County Animal Services at 352-796-5062.
Red (Pinellas)
Red is a 4-year-old male dog of unknown breed. He enjoys going for walks, chilling on the couch and snuggling. Red is calm and gentle and would be a good addition to a family. For more information, fill out an application at fluffanimalrescue.org.
Colby (Pasco)
Colby is a 2-year-old male dog of unknown breed. He loves to play with his toys and carry them around. A previous owner said he is house-trained and rides well in the car. He knows the sit, shake, stay and come commands and takes treats gently. Colby tends to pull on the leash when walking. Although he is friendly with people, it is recommended he be the only pet in the home. He requires lots of exercise and mental stimulation because he tends to be destructive when he’s bored. For more information, call Pasco County Animal Services at 813-929-1212.
Tigger (Manatee)
Tigger is a 9-year-old male hound mix. He is calm and affectionate. He is content to just sit by your side. He is gentle, easy to walk and easygoing in just about every way. He would do best as the only animal in the home. For more information, email adoptions@mymanatee.org.
Frida (Hillsborough)
Frida is a young tortoiseshell kitty. She was rescued from the Hillsborough County “urgent” list for animals. Named after artist Frida Kahlo, her foster mom says she requires patience but responds well to love and affection. Frida needs a quiet home, soft voices and slow movements. It would be best if she is the only cat in an adult-only home. To meet and adopt her, go to StFrancisRescue.org.
