Lil Wayne's righthand man should have kept his hands to himself, because Mack Maine has been charged with aggravated assault and battery and sexual battery after a concert in Oklahoma City last month. He allegedly felt up one fan after a Weezy concert and then broke a woman's jaw after punching her in the face, court records show.
The 31-year-old president of Birdman's Young Money Entertainment label, a.k.a. Jermaine Anthony Preyan, was reportedly on a tour bus on Aug. 22 when he reached down a woman's dress and grabbed her right breast, the Oklahoman reports.
TMZ said the woman's name was Rachel Reed. When Reed and a female friend identified as Cailey Maddox left, he held the door of the bus shut, a probable cause affidavit reads. "Once the door was opened, Cailey was walking down the steps but turned and looked back to call for Rachel and (Mack) punched her in the face, breaking her jaw and knocking her down."
The newspaper says Maine was not arrested after the incident, but Maddox told police her jaw was broken in two places and was wired shut for six weeks, during which time she must stay on a liquid diet. There was no word on a future court date. Both charges are felonies.
