-- Orlando seems to be the place to be this summer. Indie pop queen Carly Rae Jepsen has just announced a concert on July 27 at the House of Blues in support of her forthcoming album Dedicated, due May 17. Tickets go on sale Friday. Click here.

-- Over at the Amway Center, new-school R&B king Khalid is coming to Orlando on Aug. 16, with Clairo opening. Tickets go on sale Friday. Click here.

-- And Spanish superstar Alejandro Sanz is coming to the Dr. Phillips Center in Orlando on Aug. 11. Tickets are $59.50 and up and go on sale Friday. Click here.

-- Community radio station WMNF 88.5-FM has booked an impressive act for its 40th anniversary party this fall: St. Paul and the Broken Bones. The retro soul powerhouses will play the Coliseum in St. Petersburg on Sept. 14. Program director Randy Wynne said ticket details are not yet available, but listeners can keep an eye on the station's website for details in the coming weeks.

-- Half of Daryl Hall and John Oates -- specifically, the John Oates half -- is coming to the Capitol Theatre in Clearwater on Nov. 22. Tickets are $36 and up. Click here.
