-- What's new, pussycat? Oh, nothing much, just the news that the legendary Tom Jones is coming to Clearwater for the first time since 2011. He'll play Ruth Eckerd Hall on May 10; tickets are $45 and up. Click here.

-- One of the biggest Christian acts in the world, Hillsong United, is coming to the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre on May 11. Amanda Cook and Mack Brock will also perform. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. Click here.

-- Is it a secret show if you announce it in advance? After announcing they would be reuniting to open for Underoath on Dec. 14 at the Yuengling Center, Anberlin has announced a warm-up show at the Orpheum on Dec. 13. Tickets are $25 and up. Click here.

-- Mysterious Chinese-American DJ and producer Zhu is coming to Tampa Bay for the first time, performing at Jannus Live on March 13. Click here.

-- It's been awhile since Staind frontman Aaron Lewis last played Tampa Bay, but he'll perform at the Tampa Theatre on Feb. 10. Click here.

-- Eighty-two-year-old dub legend Lee "Scratch" Perry is returning to Tampa Bay with a show at the Orpheum on Feb. 16, accompanied by Subatomic Sound System. They'll be performing the Upsetters' landmark 1973 album Blackboard Jungle Dub live in its entirety. Tickets are $24 and up. Click here.
