The weatherman says it's going to storm all week long up here in Tallahassee.
Know what? I DON'T CARE.
It's the final week of the intensive 60-day legislative session, so things are looking pretty bright in my book.
To celebrate, I chose this bright vintage blouse that ties at the neck and flares forgivingly in the arms.
That's right -- vintage. Super easy, super fresh vintage that reminds me of the take-no-BS, elegant Joan Holloway of Mad Men. I did it and so can you.
I got the blouse at Little Brooklyn Vintage in downtown St. Pete, 120 Second St. S. I paired it with my simple black pencil skirt (also featured here, I told you it was essential) and patent Tahari heels that have curvy sides.
My simple, single accessory: bulky green studs featuring fine cubic zirconia. These studs, a gift from a friend in North Carolina, are my gem jam. Who could hate on a little color mixing?
What are your thoughts? Should this outfit have stayed in the '60s?
