Mister Rogers inspired our quest to find those who are trying to help.

Tampa Bay Times photojournalist John Pendygraft joins the podcast to discuss a series called The Helpers. The name was drawn from a quote from Fred Rogers, who once said: “When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, ‘Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.' ”
