Bartlett Park hosts COVID-19 testing for people in cars and walk-ups

Local workers on the front lines in the fight against the coronavirus get support from a neighborhood association providing community residents with free testing.

Residents of the Bartlett Park area of St. Petersburg took advantage of a free COVID-19 testing site at the Frank R. Pierce Center on Saturday. A dual drive-up and a single walk-up station kept people moving along without long waits. Approximately 130 people were tested. The mobile site was coordinated by the Florida Department of Health Pinellas County in partnership with the Bartlett Park Neighborhood Association and St. Pete Fire & Rescue. Testing also is available weekdays during business hours at department headquarters, 205 Dr. MLK Jr. St. N. For additional information on available mobile testing sites, check
