Pasco — Brutus

Brutus is an active pup who likes outdoor play time, walks and belly rubs. His playful demeanor makes him suitable for families. To give him a forever home, visit Pasco County Animal Services at 19640 Dogpatch Lane in Land O’ Lakes.

Pinellas — Hamilton

Hamilton loves people. If he’s not at your side or under your feet, he’s meowing for your attention. The 2-year-old, short haired, brown tabby gets along well with children and other animals. He lost some of his hair due to an illness, but he has recovered, and it is slowly growing back. Hamilton is neutered, up to date on vaccines and micro-chipped. To adopt him, fill out an application at friendsofstrays.org/adopt.

Hillsborough — Angie

Angie is a chatty adult female. She gets along with other cats and mature kids, but is best suited for a home without small children. She purrs loudly and loves being the center of attention. She comes fully vaccinated, spayed and micro-chipped. For adoption information, go to StFrancisRescue.org, or visit Facebook @StFrancisAnimalRescue.

Hernando — Vera

Vera is a 2-year-old, brindle terrier mix. Before COVID-19, she visited nursing homes and was a favorite of residents. She loves children, but is slow to make friends with other dogs. She is playful and looking for a loving family. Vera is spayed, micro-chipped, vaccinated, heartworm tested and comes with a one-year county license. If you want to give her a forever home, contact Hernando County Animal Services at 352-796-5062, or AC@hernando.fl.us. Adoption fees are $25-$70 for dogs.
