2 dead in Monday morning murder-suicide at Pinellas Park parking lot

PINELLAS PARK — A man fatally shot his ex-girlfriend then himself early Monday in the parking lot of a business, police said. Another man also shot has potentially life-threatening injuries.

The shootings occurred around 5 a.m. in the parking lot of Hit Promotional Products factory and fulfillment centers, 3320 122nd Ave.

Pinellas Park police were still notifying relatives of the three victims and did not immediately release their names. Police did not say whether the victims worked at Hit Promotional Products.

Employees at the factory were able to continue to work Monday morning using an alternate parking lot and entrance. Police did not say whether the victims were employees at Hit Promotional Products.
