Hernando Vendors for Nov. 3

• Vendors are being sought for American Legion Auxiliary Unit 186's yard sale from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 17 and 18 at the post, 12091 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill. • Vendors are needed for the Springstead High School flea market that will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 18 in the parking lot of the school's theater, 3300 Mariner Blvd., Spring Hill. Vendor spaces are $10 and include two parking spaces. For information, call Greg at (352) 683-3528.

• Vendors and sponsors are needed for the Snow Bash from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 25 at Springleton Fun Park, 9227 County Line Road, Spring Hill. The event will include snow, entertainment, food trucks and vendors. The event is a benefit for the Seed Foundation's Castle Housing project to support local seniors, children and veterans. • Vendors, sponsors and volunteers are needed for the 10th annual Light Up the Eastside Christmas Festival, formerly the Light Up Ridge Manor Christmas Festival, from 6 to 9 p.m. Dec. 8 at Eastside Elementary School, 27151 Roper Road, Hill 'n Dale. The celebration, which is free and open to the public, will be hosted by the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce's Eastside Business Networking Group. It includes children's games and activities, Christmas carolers, a cakewalk, music, performances by local children's groups and a visit from Santa. Food will be available for purchase. • Vendors and volunteers are being sought for a National Homeless Persons' Memorial Day event from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 21 at Crescent Community Clinic, 5244 Commercial Way, Spring Hill. During the event, all homeless men and women will receive a free health assessment for chronic health and/or mental illness, a bucket filled with cold weather necessities, a box lunch and information from local agencies.
