CARROLLWOOD — Area restaurant Noble Crust has opened its third location.

Founded in 2014, Noble Crust first opened in St. Petersburg, and expanded to Wesley Chapel in July with a restaurant at The Shops at Wiregrass.

Its Carrollwood location went online earlier this month.

Noble Crust turns traditional Italian dining into a whole new experience by offering seasonal Italian with Southern Soul. The menu features a variety of pizza, seafood, pasta dishes, and salads.

Starters include ricotta gnocchi and crispy grouper sliders. Southern fried chicken is one of the featured items, and pasta dishes include rigatoni and short rib ragu and bucatini and meatballs. A special brunch menu is offered on Saturday and Sunday.

The restaurant has social tables, an open kitchen and a bar area. Outside, there is a spacious covered patio with seating. The drink menu features a full bar with curated cocktails, wine on tap, and local craft beer from Coppertail, Brew Bus, and Crooked Thumb Brewery.

Noble Crust is located at 11618 N Dale Mabry Highway. It is open 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. Saturday, and 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday. The restaurant is closed on Monday.
