Pinellas County vaccine registration portal delayed from going live, then quickly booked full

Pinellas County’s vaccine registration portal was prevented from going live this morning after its vendor faced a national outage, but after the glitch was quickly fixed, all 8,000 slots were filled within an hour.

The next opportunity for residents to receive vaccinations will be the week of Jan. 31, according to a county news release.

Residents are encouraged to monitor the county’s Facebook and Twitter for updates.
