No one injured in Carrollwood fire Friday night, first responders say

Firefighters extinguished the blaze in about 30 minutes.

Hillsborough County Fire Rescue extinguished a building fire in Carrollwood Friday night, responding around 8:20 p.m., according to a fire rescue news release.

When first responders arrived, there was smoke throughout the building and flames shooting through the roof. Firefighters put the fire out in 30 minutes, spraying the building with a hose from above for about 20 minutes.

The news release provided no address but said no one was injured. The fire’s cause remains under investigation.
