TAMPA — A motorcyclist died after he missed a curve on the Veterans Expressway and tumbled off the roadway, Tampa police said.
Luis Fernando Pinheiro-Narciso, 44, was riding on the expressway exit ramp toward the Courtney Campbell Causeway about 12:35 a.m. Tuesday when he struck a guardrail, causing the motorcycle to fall off the roadway, police said.
