TAMPA — An after-work Bud might have been on the minds of a few drivers headed south along Interstate 275, but not like this.
A Budweiser truck jackknifed in the rain just before 6 p.m. Monday and slid off the highway near Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
No one was hurt when the southbound semitrailer truck entered a spin on the rain-slick roadway, jackknifed and then struck the outside shoulder guardrail.
The crash slowed traffic on I-275 during the after-work rush hour.
