One person was found dead in a vehicle early Tuesday morning, according to the Tampa Police Department.
Upper body trauma was visible when police made the find at East Humphrey Street and 14th Street around 3:40 a.m. Tuesday. The death is being investigated as a homicide. The victim is an adult.
