A woman was killed and two others, including a child, were injured after the woman ran a red light Saturday night in Largo.
Kimberly Murzyn, 38, was driving a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta around 8:40 p.m. when she drove through a red light at the intersection of Keene Road and Belleair Road and hit a GMC Sierra pickup truck that was making a left turn, according to the Largo Police Department.
Murzyn was taken to Morton Plant Hospital, where she died from her injuries. A young child traveling with Murzyn was taken to All Children’s Hospital and was in critical condition Saturday night.
The driver of the truck, identified as John Devlin, 63, was hospitalized in stable condition.
Police are still investigating the crash.
