One adult died and two were injured in a house fire early Sunday in St. Petersburg, officials said.
St. Petersburg Fire Rescue responded to the blaze at about 4:45 a.m. in the 700 block of 63rd Avenue N, according to a news release.
The house was engulfed in flames, and two adults were found in the front yard. They were treated and brought to a hospital in stable condition.
After the fire was put out, firefighters entered the home and discovered an adult who died in the blaze, officials said.
The fire is under investigation. No additional details about the victims were immediately available Sunday morning.
