Emergency Care Help Organization (ECHO) of Brandon is hosting a Fall Job Fair that is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday (Sept. 15) at the Boys & Girls Club of Brandon, 213 N Knights Ave.
ECHO is known as the local resource that provides emergency food and clothing for residents of Eastern Hillsborough County that have recently experienced an emergency. However, the goal of this event is to help the clients that they serve become self sufficient.
The organization hosted a pre job fair Sept. 8 to help clients prepare their resumes, brush up on interview skills, and learn how to dress for success. During the fair, there will be people available on site to assist clients with resumes and interview skills.
At the job fair, there will be a multitude of different positions available, including but not limited to, behavioral health tech, bus driver, case manager, counselor, custodial, customer service representatives, maintenance, teacher and youth care workers, and more.
Employers are looking to hire in diverse positions with skills required immediately.
Anyone interested in attending can register online at echofalljobfair.eventbrite.com. For more information, contact Sharmaine Burr at (813) 685-0935, ext. 8003.
