GRANT HELPS FEED THOSE IN NEED: The Joy in Childhood Foundation, the charitable foundation supported by the Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins brands, recently awarded a $100,000 grant to Feeding Tampa Bay. Feeding Tampa Bay serves 10 counties in West Central Florida. The donation will help support efforts, which include 55 agency partners in Pasco and Hernando counties, such as soup kitchens, emergency food programs, church pantries and shelters that have programs that directly feed those in need. Feeding Tampa Bay also holds direct distributions, via mobile pantries, in the counties. Last year alone, Feeding Tampa Bay distributed 6,461,352 pounds of food, which equates to 5,384,460 meals, in Pasco and Hernando counties. For information, visit dunkinbrands.com/foundation.
