TAMPA — The U.S. Air Force has awarded Tampa-based CAE USA a contract worth up to $40 million to train international military students to fly and maintain C-130 aircraft. The training, which will be conducted in the Tampa area through 2022, will be on simulators for the C-130, a four-engine military transport plane.
