TAMPA — Crescent Bayshore, a new luxury apartment complex adjacent to Hyde Park with views of Hillsborough Bay, has been sold for $111.5 million.

The deal between the developer, Crescent Communities of Charlotte, N.C., and an investor group linked to UBS Realty closed earlier this month. The 367-unit complex charges rents of up to $2,350 for a unit of just 726 square feet, capitalizing on the willingness of millennials and other apartment dwellers to sacrifice space in return for downtown locations close to restaurants and entertainment.
