Did you miss me?

I took off from couponing last week to break down which grocery delivery apps are your best value, but fret not! I'm back to the usual routine. Let's get down to saving.

Publix

If you want spoil your dog with those "home-style" Milo's Kitchen dog treats, you can try them out for close to half the price.

The treats usually run $11 to $13, depending on type. Publix has a store coupon you can print off Publix.com for $4 off Milo's treats. Last week's Retail Me Not has a coupon that will save you another $1.50 off a bag.

If your dog eats Kibbles N' Bits, another store coupon is available on the Publix website for $2 off of the dog food. This week's Retail Me Not also has a $1 off coupon.

If you need to stock up on pads, liners and tampons, U by Kotex has a deal for two boxes for $6. The SmartSource that came with Sunday's Tampa Bay Times has a series of $1 off coupons for much of the Kotex line — so you can easily get that price down to $4.

Also in personal care: a solid razor deal. Publix is advertising $3 off its one- to four-count packages of Schick razors and cartridges. The recent SmartSource has coupons for another $2 and $3 off.

In need of an easy dinner? Rana's refrigerated pasta and sauces are on sale for two for $7. You can pair that up with a $1 off sauce and a $1 off pasta coupon in SmartSource.

There's an in-store green flier — you can get that at guest service if you lost the one that came with the newspaper — which has a coupon to get Nature Valley bars for BOGO, buy one, get one free. Coupons.com has a $1 off printable coupon.

Heads up for Halloween: Starbursts 41-ounce bags are marked down $2. Publix's green flier has coupons for $5 off one of those monster 250-piece bags of Mars candies.

Winn-Dixie

Colgate toothpaste is on BOGO and the most recent SmartSource has another 50 cents you can save with a coupon.

Dole's new "Gel" fruit cups are marked down 30 cents to $2.96. SmartSource has a $1 off two packs coupon.

Meanwhile, Quaker Oats (traditional and instant) are on BOGO. There's a $1 off coupon in this week's RetailMeNot.

Winn-Dixie might have a slightly better Kibbles N' Bits deal, but it depends on which kind you buy. They have the dog food brand marked down up to $4. Then you can use this week's RetailMeNot coupon to save another buck.

For the weekend only, W-D is dropping the price of its Gain liquid detergent to $3.99. This week's RetailMeNot has a $2 off coupon. The rest of the week, Gain is marked down to $5.99. There's another $2 off coupon for Gain flings (the pods) which are marked down to $4.99 this week.

Heads up for Halloween: Skittles fun-size bulk packages are on sale for $2.99. If you held on to last week's RetailMeNot, there's $1 off two Skittles coupon.

Snickers and M&M bulk fun-size bags are on sale for two for $7. If you grab three bags of either brand, you can use another coupon from last week's RetailMeNot to save $2.
