Buyers beware: Another fake Aldi coupon is circulating online.

Itís one of several scam digital coupons that have gotten popular on Facebook social media since 2015. Hereís the thing: Aldi doesnít offer even offer digital coupons. It doesnít accept the paper kind, either.

In a Facebook message to shoppers on Monday warning about the coupons, the store said it was "working on fixing the situation."

Aldi is known for its low prices and private label items. The company says it keeps costs so low you wonít need coupons. Aldi still has sales and "special buys" that are seasonal items at low prices.

Letís go shopping review: Aldi

If youíve never been to Aldi: remember a quarter and your own bags.

To save money, the store uses a quarter almost like a key to retrieve carts. You get the quarter back when you return the cart, cutting the need for a cart attendant. It also makes you pay 10 cents per paper bag.

Staffs are lean, so while a cashier will scan your items and place them into a cart, itís your job to bag them. But the savings can be steep ó even if you are leaving your coupons at home.
