We're swimming in coupons this week, folks.
So grab the SmartSource and P&G Brand Saver that came with your Sunday Tampa Bay Times and the Retail Me Not that comes in the mail mid-week and let's get to saving.
If you've never couponed before, don't worry. I got you.
Let's start with breakfast. If you're a regular cereal eater, you should never spend full price, especially on a box of Cheerios. They are on special for buy one, get one free (BOGO) this week and there is a coupon in your Retail Me Not for 75 cents off two boxes.
Need (fake) milk with that? Silk almond milk is two for $5. There's no coupon, but that's typically the cheapest I see it. (Unless you get Aldi's almond milk, which is always around $2.49 or less.)
Publix's green flier has a coupon for $1 off two Welch's juices. You should be able to use that in combination with a $1 of any two Welch's 100 percent juices coupon in Retail Me Not.
Ensure shakes are on a buy three packs, save $5 special. SmartSource has a coupon for another $5 off three packs.
Pillsbury crescent rolls are on sale as "10 for $10." So you should be able to grab three for $1 each and then use a $1 off three refrigerated Pillsbury items coupon from Sunday's SmartSource.
There's a 10 for $10 deal on Chobani yogurt, too. You can grab five for $5 and then use the SmartSource $1 off five coupon for extra savings. Or you can grab two tubs of the yogurt on BOGO and use another SmartSource coupon for $1 off.
Annie's mac n' cheese is also on BOGO. There's a 75 cents off one box coupon in your SmartSource and a $1 off two boxes coupon you can print out on coupons.com.
Now onto general house items you can't eat:
Olay's whip moisturizers are marked down by $4 until Wednesday. Sunday's P&G Brand Saver has another $2 you can save with a coupon.
Always tampons are two for $8. You can score another $3 off of two boxes with a P&G coupon.
As for diapers, P&G has coupons for Luvs and Pampers you can use in combo with Publix deals this week:
Publix is promoting buy two Luvs ultra leak boxes and get $6 off — P&G has a $2 off manufacturer's coupon.
Pampers are also buy two save $6, and there's digital coupon Publix is pulling in on its app for $3 off. Or you can clip that same coupon inside P&G.
(Note: All of Winn-Dixie's sales require you use an SEG Rewards card.)
You may be tempted to grab Zephyrhills water on sale at Publix, but the better deal is at Winn-Dixie. For the weekend only, the 24-packs will be on BOGO. (At Publix they're two for $7.)
Winn-Dixie has the same deal on Annie's mac n' cheese as Publix, so you can use those coupons here, too, if you'd rather.
While W-D has sales on Pampers and Luvs, it looks like the deals mentioned above at Publix are a little sweeter.

If you need Pamper's easy-ups, however, W-D has those on sale. They're marked down to $24.99 and there's a $5 off coupon in the P&G Brand Saver.
Always tampons and pads are each marked down by 80 cents a package. You can grab them at $3.99 a box and then use the P&G coupon for three dollars off two.
Old Spice and Secret deodorants are both marked down to $2.49 a stick. Old Spice's "fresh" line has a $3 off two coupon in P&G. Secret has $1 off one stick coupon, too.
Winn-Dixie has Swiffer refills — both pads and the liquid — marked down by 50 cents and $1.10. That matches up nice with a $2 off refills coupon in P&G.
Another good Pillsbury deal: it's a different item, but uses the same coupon mentioned above in the Publix and SmartSource deal. At Winn-Dixie you can grab three Grands! biscuits for $6 and then save another $1 with that SmartSource coupon.
If you need cat food: Meow Mix dry and wet cat food is marked down by $1 (prices vary between $12.99 and $6.99). And you can clip to save another $1 in Retail Me Not.
