Halloween is over and that means every retailer wants to remind you the holiday season is approaching and you must buy all the gifts.
While I can’t control how much (or how soon) you decide to go holiday shopping, I can help you at least save a few dollars on your grocery bill.
You know the drill: grab your most recent Sunday Tampa Bay Times and pull out the SmartSource, P&G Brand Saver and Publix green flyer. Let’s get to saving.
Borden cheese singles are buy one, get one free (BOGO). There’s a SmartSource coupon for another $1.50 of two items.
Chobani yogurt has a Publix green flyer coupon for $3 off 10 single serving cups. You can match that with a SmartSource coupon for another $1 off of five of the yogurts. It should come out to about $6 for 10 cups.
Ensure shakes are buy three packs, get $5 off. Then you can save another $2 with a SmartSource coupon for any two multi-packs. Total: about $12.
Goody’s headache relief powder’s 50-count box is on sale for $5.49. You can save another 50 cents with a SmartSource coupon.
Pantene Pro-V shampoo/conditioner is on sale as two bottles for $13. Save another $2 with P&G flyer coupon.
Olay whip cream is marked down $4 this week and there’s a P&G brand saver coupon for another $3. Usually, the pricey face cream is close to $30.
There’s a special on Pamper diapers for buy two packs and save $7. There’s also P&G pampers coupons for between $1 and $4, depending on type.
Febreeze is on special for buy three, get $3 off and there’s a BOGO coupon in this week’s P&G flyer for up to $3. Usually the Febreeze single aerosol cans are just under $3. So if you grab three of the same kind, your total should come out to about $3 for all of them.
Crest toothpaste is on sale for two for $4. There’s P&G coupon for $1 off Crest toothpaste, but you’ll have pay attention to the variety to which the coupon applies.
Deals ending Nov. 2: Always Infinity pads and Tampax Pearl tampons both have a Publix purple flyer coupon for $2 off one. (You got that flyer last week with your paper, or can get it at customer service.) You can save another $1 off one pack of each with a P&G coupon. But all purple coupons expire end of day Friday.
Always Discreet underwear and pads have a $2-off purple flyer coupon and a $2-off P&G coupon.
Poise and Depend products also have a $2-off purple flyer coupon you can match with a $2-off SmartSouce coupon.
(Note all W-D sales require you use the SEG Rewards card.)
If you’re looking for an easy dinner: InnovAsian’s prepped single frozen meals are on BOGO. You can save another $2.50 with a SmartSource coupon. Your total will be around just $1.50 for both.
Johnsonville breakfast sausage is on sale for two for $6. You can grab one for $3 and save another $1 with a SmartSource coupon.
If you grind your teeth at night you may have looked at the slightly pricey DenTek moldable mouth guard. W-D marked it down $3 to $19.99 this week and there’s another $3 off inside the SmartSource flyer.
Goody’s headache powders are marked down to 3.99, but that’s only the 24-count. You can save 50 cents with the SmartSource coupon. (Publix’s deal costs more up front, but you will get better value per pack.)
Pepto-Bismol is marked down 15 percent and P&G has a $1 off coupon.
Nyquil products are marked down to $7.99. P&G has another $1 off one coupon or $3 off two.
Sleep-aid Unisom’s 60-count box is marked down by $6 to $7.99 and you can save another $1 with a SmartSource coupon.
Crest Complete Whitening toothpastes are marked down $1 to $2.99 and you can save another $1 with a digital coupon. (This deal includes some of the variety of toothpastes you can’t get onsale at Publix this week.) There’s the same deal on mouthwash.
All of Pantene’s line of hair care products is marked down 25 percent. There’s $5, $2.50 and $1 off coupons in this P&G saver, too.
