Beef 'O' Bradys former CEO, Chuck Winship, is investing in another Tampa Bay area restaurant chain: Little Greek Fresh Grill.

Winship is a veteran of the restaurant industry, having worked at Chili's Grill & Bar as well as Steak and Ale before leading the Tampa-based Beef 'O' Bradys chain for 12 years. Winship is investing personally in Little Greek Franchise Development, the franchise parent company of Little Greek Fresh Grill, according to a press release. The size of his investment was not disclosed.

"I'm doing this because I believe in Little Greek," he said in a statement. "I envision the company developing from a regional to a national player."

Nick Vojnovic, president of the Little Greek chain, worked with Winship at Beef 'O' Bradys. Under Winship's leadership, Vojnovic became president of Beef 'O' Bradys.

In 2011, Vojnovic partnered with Little Greek founder Sigrid Bratic to lead and grow Little Greek Franchise Development. Since then, the company has expanded from four restaurants to 31 across five states.
