TAMPA — Carnival Cruise Line is adding five more cruises from Tampa to Cuba in 2018, Port Tampa Bay announced Thursday.

"Following strong response to its first-ever cruises to Cuba announced earlier this year, Carnival Cruise Line has added five more voyages from Port Tampa Bay," a port release said.

The new cruises range from five to eight days. Carnival launched its first cruise ever from Tampa to Havana in late June, the first of several voyages to Havana this year.
