Tampa International Airport is holding a job fair Monday to fill 200 open positions at its new shops and restaurants.
About 30 new retailers and restaurants will open at the airport as a part of its $953 million renovation. Positions needed include sushi rollers, bartenders, cooks and managers. The companies participating at the fair include Illy, P.F. Chang's, Pei Wei, Starbucks, Burger 21, Hard Rock Cafe and Four Green Fields.
