UPDATE: All lanes of Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard at Bayshore Boulevard have now reopened, according to a tweet from the Clearwater Police Department.
DEVELOPING: All lanes of Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard are closed at Bayshore Boulevard because of a traffic crash that downed power lines, the City of Clearwater’s Public Safety division reported around 5 p.m.
There were no injuries in the crash, authorities said.
Traffic is expected to be affected for a significant time in the area.
Motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes.
