A crash on the Courtney Campbell Causeway Sunday afternoon sent one person to the hospital and caused all eastbound lanes to close for a few hours, according to the Clearwater Police Department.
The crash happened just after 3 p.m. A car involved flipped and one person, a 20-year-old man from Alabama, was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital as a trauma alert.
Eastbound lanes are now reopened, according to police.
