TAMPA — A Hillsborough County judge rescheduled a sentencing hearing Wednesday for a Polk County teacher who pleaded guilty in March to having sex with three of her teenage students.

Last week, Jennifer Fichter, 30, was sentenced to 22 years in prison for the sexual acts committed in Polk County. She still faces three counts in Hillsborough County and is expected to be sentenced on July 23. She plead guilty to a total of 37 child sex charges.

Fichter taught English at Central Florida Aerospace Academy in Lakeland for three years. She was arrested in April 2014 on allegations that she'd had a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student. Later, two more boys, both 17, came forward.
